In more than five years in Accela’s product organization, progressing from project management to associate product management and product management, I have worked across the product lifecycle: field discovery and requirements, roadmap and platform strategy, customer migrations, commercialization, adoption, and end-of-life transitions.

That range spans disaster-response field workflows, enterprise API and CRM transitions, public-service workflows, workflow education, and GIS and AI platform programs. My differentiator is not one technology; it is learning a domain quickly, making tradeoffs visible, and translating between customers, engineers, services, and leadership.

That product work now sits beside hands-on builds in TypeScript and Python. I use code to test product ideas, connect systems, measure technical tradeoffs, and turn requirements into working software with explicit evidence boundaries.
