Context
New agency deployments required coordinated implementation tooling from teams with different responsibilities. Engineering, design, and services each owned a necessary part of the work, but the customer-facing result depended on those parts arriving as one coherent delivery.
Product decision
I treated the tooling as one shared delivery scope instead of three parallel workstreams. The goal was alignment without blurred ownership: every function kept its expertise and accountability while working toward the same deployment artifact.

I led a 12-person cross-functional team spanning engineering, design, and services. The work centered on coordinating contributions, making dependencies visible, and keeping the shared scope concrete enough for each function to act on.
