Case Study
Making a Broad Modernization Effort Executable
Helped turn a broad administration-interface modernization effort into phased, groomed, estimable work through ticket definition and a recurring clarification loop with UX and development.
Evidence
What the work demonstrates
- Multi-phase delivery structure defined
- Recurring UX and development grooming
- Broad scope converted into estimable work
Context
A broad administration-interface modernization effort needed structured product definition and recurring cross-functional clarification. Without that structure, the work was too large and ambiguous for reliable estimation or delivery conversations.
Product decision
We organized the effort into phases and established a recurring grooming loop with UX and development. This converted one broad modernization idea into smaller decisions the team could inspect and estimate.
Delivery approach
I co-created tickets, led grooming, answered development questions, and coordinated estimation and workflow discussions. The recurring loop kept product intent, UX decisions, and technical questions connected.
Evidence and boundary
The supported result is delivery readiness: a phased ticket structure and product-development operating loop that made broad scope estimable. I do not claim project completion, adoption, accessibility remediation, defect reduction, or a business outcome.
